Advantage: High energy efficiency, controlled stable pressure and low noise

High pressure homogenization process pumps are able to deliver 100-300 MPa hydrostatic pressure to a liquid before any restriction to flow is imposed, regardless of the flow rate. Current industrial, pilot, and lab-scale high pressure homogenizers are equipped with plunger-like pumps and valves, or nozzles, or chambers made from abrasion-resistant ceramics or hard gemstones. Genizer has developed High Pressure Control System® technology to control the high pressure pump and ultra-high pressure homogenizer. The system is constituted of High Pressure Control Software and transducer Hardware. By data programming of speed, position, pressure, temperature from multi-transducers, the High Pressure Control System® optimizes the pump motion and lead to high energy efficiency and low noise. The energy loss reduces to 1/2 of the most existing high pressure homogenizer systems. Genizer's High Pressure Control System® is able to coordinate up to four pumps to produce stable pressure.
